A series of fortunate events
Some people might say that I live on the internet. Those people might also be me, but I deny it fully. Always with my headphones on, I will always send you links to whatever songs I obsesses about lately or to the newest memes that storm the web. The wizard that guides you through the Internet? That might be me as well. I deny that as well.
I have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a thesis in Edward Albee’s Post World War II American Drama, which basically means I like to read weird stuff (e.g. ‘The Goat’ by Edward Albee). Besides reading, I love painting, traveling abroad, and retreating to cozy places with my friends and experiencing the Hygge lifestyle.
Fresh out of college, I began working at a communication company, where I started experiencing the digital world. Content writing, managing an e-commerce platform for digital books, creating online advertising campaigns for clients and overlooking several Analytics accounts were some of my daily tasks for almost 2 years. After that, I worked for 3 years in a corporate environment, but I never found the right place to really give my 110%.
At the beginning of 2019 I moved to Amsterdam, a busy city in which I know for sure I will be able to outdo myself. As Monica Geller would say about competitions with yourself: “They are the best kind!”.
You might sometimes find me peeling stickers from various surfaces around the city, but that is only because I love collecting them. If you see me in my natural habitat, reach me and say “Hi!”. I might be shy at first, but I’ll enjoy your company.
